Description -
For the renovation of the Disneyland Hotel guest rooms KSDS worked closely with the team at Walt Disney Imagineering to bring the magic of Disneyland into 1,000 guest rooms by creating a custom headboard with the image of the park, complete with fireworks lit by fiber optics. Hidden Mickeys were incorporated into the carpet design and KSDS designed custom plumbing fixtures utilizing the famous mouse icon.

big thunder mountain suite
Scope -
Combine three guest rooms into one two bedroom suite.

Description -
Themed after the Disneyland park attraction, the Big Thunder Suite takes the guest back to the gold rush days in the wild west. KSDS utilized reclaimed barn wood for flooring and millwork and incorporated a copper tub in the master bath.

Renovation of existing bridal suite.

Description -
The bridal suite at the Disneyland Hotel is known as the Fairy Tale Suite. Thus KSDS created an enchanting room fit for a princess complete with a fanciful canopy bed. The luxurious bathroom features a custom stone mosaic depicting Sleeping Beauty’s castle and back lit quartz countertops.

Description -
The three towers at the Disneyland Hotel are themed after Frontierland, Adventureland and Fantasyland. For the Fantasyland Tower lobby KSDS designed custom tea cup chairs and a carpet pattern inspired by the façade of the It’s a Small World attraction.
